The reviewed work has as its theme the debate of didactic and curricular processes related to school daily life. It addresses the issues in the form of conversations, bringing narratives in memories and images and dense theoretical dialogue. Conversations are assumed as a methodological option defended by the author throughout her career in the field of research with everyday life, as they are understood as a way of producing knowledge and meanings characteristic of teachers. These conversations are developed from stories with memories from schools and images of the author herself and of other teachers, creating approximations with the experience from the perspective of the narrator. Stories are invitations to touch on issues that affect schools and highlight everyday creations that take place in the face of local problems. The issues addressed throughout the book are approached from the complex overlap that engender the educational networks with which knowledge and meanings are woven. It dialogues with concepts of the thoughts of Foucault and Deleuze, in addition to authors in the field of curriculum and begins each chapter with a tribute to people working on different fronts and themes in Education. In the work as a whole, Nilda Alves summons to think about the pedagogical and training processes and the importance of learning how to learn from each other.
