O controle dos atos administrativos pelo Poder Judiciário
Abstract
Pretende-se, por meio deste trabalho, fazer um estudo sobre o controle jurisdicional dos atos administrativos, concluindo que tal controle abrange também os atos discricionários. Entretanto, o juiz não tem poderes ilimitados, não podendo substituir o juízo administrativo pelo seu próprio, mas em nome dos princípios da economicidade e da eficiência os precedentes devem ser acatados pela Administração, salvo exceções justificadas claramente.
