Notas sobre a fundamentação do Estado Absolutista em Samuel Pufendorf
Abstract
Neste artigo tem-se por finalidade analisar alguns aspectos da construção teórica de Samuel Pufendorf acerca da legitimação do Estado Civil. Partindo de uma noção racional sobre os deveres do homem, o autor descreve um Estado de Natureza marcado pelo impulso à sociabilidade. Contudo, a inexistência de um poder superior não garante a convivência pacífica entre os sujeitos. Nesse sentido, o trabalho analisará, dentro da perspectiva de Pufendorf, a causa ou a tendência das comunidades políticas formarem o Estado.
