Justiça democrática e seus princípios universais: por uma nova compreensão do controle do poder
Abstract
O artigo tem como objetivo reavaliar as explicações incompletas sobre os processos de conhecimento da Justiça e do seu conceito que dizem respeito ao Estado, apresentando a Justiça Democrática como uma forma possível de compreensão do controle do poder, utilizando-se de uma investigação filosófica que envolve o Direito e a Política.
