Abstract

A construção de uma ordem econômica internacional passa por etapas que se associam forçosamente ao comércio, às políticas e às relações internacionais. Nesse contexto se situa a noção de desenvolvimento que se define pelo paradigma vigente. Sua perspectiva transita da idéia de liberdade de comércio para desenvolvimento sustentável.
