The right to a job in the Eurozone. A stabilising proposal

The battle for the effective development of the right to work represents the need for economic policies aimed at achieving full employment. After the successful experiences carried out by the new dealers and Keynesianism, the Philips Curve raised the need to maintain a natural unemployment rate that would guarantee inflation control. A theoretical framework that gradually moved to the European Union treaties. However, the reconsideration of the monetary framework that was opened after the “Nixon shock” has opened the possibility of a different relationship between both parameters, as defined by the “guaranteed work” theorists, making full employment as an inflationary control tool, which is especially of interest to the eurozone, for the structural deficits that it carries.
