Resumo

The Aptidogram is a cyber-human framework for multidimensional performance assessment in football, integrating physical, technical, tactical, cognitive, and biomechanical data through artificial intelligence. It aims to overcome the limitations of fragmented analysis by offering a unified grammar of performance, enabling more precise diagnostics and strategic interventions. The system functions as a semantic translator across domains, fostering a systemic understanding of the athlete and enhancing decision-making processes.

This study proposes the development and validation of the Aptidogram as a strategic tool for athletic performance management. Its goal is to support technical staff in identifying hidden risk patterns, personalizing interventions, and optimizing performance, contributing to athlete health and competitive advantage.

The methodology involves building an AI-based model structured around five performance domains. Validation will occur in three phases: content validity through expert panels, concurrent validity against gold-standard methods, and test-retest reliability. Statistical analysis will employ the Bland-Altman method to assess measurement agreement. Accessible technologies such as OpenCap, TacticUP, and inertial sensors will be integrated to enable implementation across various contexts, including youth academies and grassroots clubs.

Although the system has not yet been applied, it is expected to identify hidden patterns of fatigue, injury risk, and performance decline, generating indicators such as the Cognitive-Motor Execution Efficiency Index. Anticipated outcomes include reduced injury incidence, increased athlete availability, and accelerated technical-tactical development.

It is anticipated that the Aptidogram will represent a paradigm shift in sports science by integrating artificial intelligence with ethically governed human oversight. Its application is expected to foster a symbiosis between human expertise and AI, enhancing the quality of technical and medical decisions and contributing to the personalized and responsible evolution of athletic performance.
