Resumo

The present investigation has as its TOPIC the special condition of children and adolescents as beings in a clear stage of development as people. As THEMATIC CUTTING: inclusion for life in society, a subjective public right, in the sense of giving time and voice in social interaction through political, economic and cultural participation in society. THE JUSTIFICATION: education is a fundamental and universal social right. The State must provide the tools so that each one can build their own history. THE RESEARCH PROBLEM consists of the absence or insufficiency of education for digital life, as a form of protection for children and adolescents, understanding the changing times with the technological revolution left them “exposed”, making them easy hostages to sexual fraud and e-commerce offenses and digital contracting. The State, as the main tax collector for education and applicator of specific resources, must provide dignified and acceptable answers for the protection of people in situations of digital exposure, guaranteeing conditions for safe digital coexistence.
