PRODUÇÃO DE DESTILADO A PARTIR DE BAGAÇO HIDROLISADO
Resumo
The beverage industry is an important part of the manufacturing industry, with dozens
of jobs distributed throughout Brazil. Due to the presence of several local and
international suppliers and major players with global operations. The objective of this
article is to analyze a production of distillates from the hydrolyzed bagasse of sugar cane,
precisely because this bagasse has a higher content of carbohydrates and consequently
glucose taking into account the fact that this bagasse undergoes a pre-treatment releasing
fermentable sugar, contained in it, so the production of alcohol. Physico-chemical
analyzes were carried out, such as determination of acidity and volatility, alcohol content,
determination of Ph, determination of esters, determination of aldehydes and copper.
With this article, we analyzed the reuse of a material that would then be discarded for a
new production.
